Comments from the Webmistress:

As a Billy Burnette and Fleetwood Mac fan, I've tried my best to like this album, but something just doesn't quite work out. Lola Thomas has a good voice (though she doesn't have much vocal range) and is a decent enough songwriter, but there really are few gems here. "Now I Know" is a notable exception but overall the album just doesn't live up to its potential. Even the inclusion of Burnette's romantic masterpiece "The Bigger the Love" fails to save the record from mediocrity and, when compared to Billy's own solo recordings of the song, falls immeasurably short of expectations.

Sadly, I can recommend this one only to Billy Burnette and Fleetwood Mac completists. To everyone else, I suggest picking up The Fleetwood Mac Family Album instead; it includes "Now I Know," Billy's "Don't Say No," and many other gems by the various past and present members of the band.
